These Payment & Refund Terms form part of the Terms of Service of the Medoyid Club platform.
Provider: Sole proprietor [full name to be added after state registration].
Payment & refund contact: support@medoyid-club.com
Legal requests: legal@medoyid-club.com
1. How to pay
1.1. Choose a Service (course, lecture, seminar, or other digital product) on https://www.medoyid-club.com and proceed to checkout.
1.2. Payment is made online via LiqPay (PrivatBank) using the methods shown at checkout (card and other available methods).
1.3. After successful payment is confirmed, access appears in the Customer’s account. If access does not open within a reasonable time, email support@medoyid-club.com.
1.4. Price, settlement currency (hryvnia, UAH), and order contents are fixed on the checkout page before payment confirmation. Bank/payment-system fees charged separately to the payer are borne by the Customer.
2. Delivery (access)
2.1. Services are digital. “Delivery” means granting access to content or an online event via the account and/or email — no physical goods are shipped.
2.2. Access is usually granted immediately after payment confirmation; for scheduled live events — according to the timetable on the Service page.
3. Withdrawal and refunds
3.1. Under Ukrainian consumer protection rules for distance contracts, a consumer may withdraw within 14 calendar days of concluding the contract (payment), if the Service has not yet been fully provided.
3.2. Digital content. If the Customer expressly agreed that digital Service delivery may begin before the 14-day period ends (including by opening materials / starting playback) and acknowledged that they lose the withdrawal right for the part already provided, refunds for opened access may be limited or refused — to the extent allowed by law.
3.3. A refund may be available if, for example:
- a live event is cancelled by the Provider and no equivalent recording/material is provided;
- paid technical access was not provided due to the Provider’s fault and was not fixed within a reasonable time;
- the Customer requests withdrawal before digital content delivery starts / before the live event date and has not yet received access to materials.
3.4. A refund is generally not available if:
- the Customer already received full access and used a substantial part of the Service;
- the Customer missed a live event for reasons beyond the Provider’s control (schedule conflicts, personal circumstances, Customer device/internet issues), provided a recording or materials are offered as described for the Service;
- funds for the same order were already refunded.
3.5. If the Customer misses a live event for reasons beyond the Provider’s control and the Service description includes a recording, access to the recording is provided within the timeframe on the Service page (by default within 4 business days after the event, unless stated otherwise).
4. How to request a refund
4.1. Email support@medoyid-club.com with the subject “Refund request” and include:
- account email;
- payment date and amount;
- Service name / order ID (if known);
- reason for the request.
4.2. The Provider reviews requests within 7 business days and notifies you of the decision. If approved, funds are returned via the original payment method (or another agreed method) within timelines set by the bank/payment provider (typically up to 10–14 banking days after the refund is initiated).
4.3. The Provider is not responsible for bank, card network, or payment-provider delays after the refund instruction is submitted.
5. Payment confirmation
5.1. Payment confirmation is issued by the payment provider and/or sent to the Customer’s email. Keep it for access or refund requests.
6. Changes
6.1. The current version of these Terms is published on this page. For orders already paid, the terms in force at payment apply unless law requires otherwise.
