Short answers to common questions about Medoyid Club.
What is Medoyid Club?
An independent educational platform with courses, lectures, and seminars in philosophy, psychology, science, history, and related fields.
What learning formats are available?
Courses are structured multi-session programs; lectures are standalone talks; seminars are practical sessions, including live online meetings.
How do I get access after payment?
After a successful payment, the course appears in your account under “My courses”. If access does not show up within a few minutes, contact support from your account.
What payment methods are available?
Payments are processed through LiqPay (PrivatBank) with the methods shown at checkout. See the Payment & Refunds page for details.
How do I request a refund?
Refund rules are described on the Payment & Refunds page. You can submit a request from your account (Support) or email support@medoyid-club.com.
Which languages are supported?
The site interface is available in Ukrainian, Russian, and English. The language of a given course depends on the author and materials.
Who teaches at the club?
Authors are independent experts from different disciplines. Their pages, courses, and materials are listed under Authors.
Can I book a personal consultation?
Yes. On an author’s page click “Book a consultation”, fill in the topic and preferred time — the author will reply to your email.
What can I change in my account?
In settings you can update your name, username, interface language, and profile photo, and contact support.
How do I delete my account?
Account settings include a delete-account section. After confirmation, your profile and platform access are removed permanently.
How can I become an author?
Fill in the application on the Become an author page. We review proposals manually and reply to the email you provide.
How do I contact support?
From your account — via the Support form. Without signing in — via Contacts or support@medoyid-club.com.
